Coach BJ Flowers and his son joined the team as key additions and have been fully committed ever since. A faith-led father, coach, and mentor, Coach Flowers is passionate about developing young athletes through discipline, teamwork, and purpose — both on and off the field.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and brings years of experience, including serving as a high school Head Coach and Defensive Coordinator. As a former semi-pro player, he competed in multiple national championships and earned All-Star honors with both the Texas All-Stars and Team USA. He continues to play competitive men’s flag football and stays connected to the game as both a student and a teacher.

Coach Flowers is proud to share this journey with his son and family, and is committed to helping the team grow stronger — physically, mentally, and spiritually — every step of the way.
