Coach Allan is the heart behind Only The Elite Youth Academy. As head coach and cofounder he built this program to be more then just football/ it’s a space to raise young men with discipline confidence and purpose. What started as a simple dream and a handful of kids has grown into a competitive academy built on excellence, integrity and heart.

He’s known for pushing hard, expecting more and never letting a kid settle for less than his best. That mindset starts at home — especially with his son Elijah who plays on the team. Coach Allan is tough on him, not because it’s personal, but because he sees what he’s capable of. That same standard is what he brings to every player. He treats these boys like sons, because to him, this isn’t just football/ it’s about shaping men who show up with grit, lead with heart and choose to be elite in everything they do.
